Ed and Connie Tualla started Teams By Design in February 1997 as a part-time business, while still working full time in their federal government jobs. In 2001, they purchased land and had a custom live/work storefront facility built to accommodate their growing uniform/apparel and embroidery business. Shortly thereafter, they were able to take early retirement from their government jobs, enabling them to operate Teams By Design on a full-time basis.

Teams By Design has grown by the grace of God through lots of prayers, hard work, word of mouth referrals, networking opportunities and their commitment to providing clients with quality embroidery of their corporate logos on products from reliable suppliers.
